We were recently asked to review the brand new single from London rockers Hunter and the Bear. Digital Light has already reached number one in the Rock iTunes chart and its easy to see why.
The song starts with Will's vocals and John's guitar to give the a very soft opening, this then builds and creates a wonderful rise and fall for the song to keep you gripped and also get your foot tapping along throughout.
This song is the type of song that sits pretty in my personal playlists on my streaming apps, it has everything I look for in a song. Great backing, solid vocals, a tune that will stick in your head, great lyrics and all in all this is one of the best songs I have reviewed.
Reminds me of Biffy Clyro in the style of the song, strong chorus builds from a vocal based verse. The lyrics stick in your head and will have you singing them over and over until you have a 'Fever'.
Overall, is to see why this song reached the top of the Rock iTunes charts, one of the strongest songs that I have reviewed in my time at the Unsigned Reviewer and these guys have a massive future in the industry, these sort of songs are perfect for Festival Goers and will not be out of place at places like Glastonbury and T in the Park.
Personally I cant wait to see what come next from these guys, I will be keeping a close eye on their carer from now on for sure.
